Learn how to lose weight the right way.

Folks whisper and stare
but I don't care,
I've heard it all before.

"Walk for us," doctors say,
so I do it my way,
and I limp across the floor.

As a child in a cast
for six years did it last.
And I'm grateful to God
I can walk.

I'm a breach born kid
heard, "you can't"
but I did.
And I stand on my own two feet.

Never give up,
never back down
and always get back
on the horse.

It's a tough world out there
sometimes people don't care
but it's not me, it's them
understand?

No one has my back,
but I've got the knack
to do anything,
and get what I want.

It's a daily pep talk
gotta stretch, gotta walk
and I do with a smile
on my face.

I'm my own cheerleader
and life couldn't be sweeter
since I refuse to let
things get me down.

I never say "can't"
I seldom say "won't"
and I damn sure
will never say "quit."

Breakfast:
2 eggs, scrambled with 1 slice soy cheese
1 slice oat bread, toasted
2 TBS Brummel & Brown's Yogurt Spread
1 cup regular coffee, black

Lunch
1 Soy Chick'n Patty
3 Broccoli Cheese bites
1/2 cup brown & wild rice
1/2 cup baked beans
1 cup regular coffee, black

Dinner:
1 bowl Campbell's Chicken Noodle Soup
5 small Bistro Crackers
2 TBS peanut butter
1 cup regular coffee, black

Snack:
1/4 cup peanut M&M's
1 cup regular coffee, black
