Exercises

30 Minutes of exercise can be broken down into 10 minute stretches. Look for those 10 minutes every chance you get. (Even 5 minutes of leg lifts can be performed somewhere!)

Track your food and exercise

What did you eat today? Exercise may be walking, cycling, jogging, running or stretching, but you also get exercise when you clean house, wash laundry, wash windows, mop the floor, or garden, and rake the leaves? Movement of any kind in which you bend or stretch counts as exercise. What did you do, and for how long?

2 TBS Brummel & Brown's Yogurt Spread
1 cup regular coffee, black

Lunch
1 Soy Chick'n Patty
3 Broccoli Cheese bites
1/2 cup brown & wild rice
1/2 cup baked beans
1 cup regular coffee, black

Dinner:
1 bowl Campbell's Chicken Noodle Soup
5 small Bistro Crackers
2 TBS peanut butter
1 cup regular coffee, black

Snack:
1/4 cup peanut M&M's
1 cup regular coffee, black
